Who is Pastor Bill?
Pastor Bill is an ordained minister. He has been married for more than 40 years and has four children and many grandchildren. He and his wife Carol have led short-term missionary teams throughout the world. They have worked together in crusades, developed building projects, set up medical clinics, marriage seminars and worked with National Pastoral Schools. From South America to India, from Africa to Central America and many places in-between, American hearts have been changed on these short-term missionary trips.
A tragic automobile accident in Cleveland, Ohio in 1994 changed Pastor Bill's life forever. Since the accident Pastor Bill has spent countless hours, days, weeks, months and years in rehabilitation. Throughout his rehabilitation he has continued to minister. God has graciously restored some of what was lost in the accident and he continues in rehabilitation today while ministering on the Internet. In the past few years Pastor Bill finally has been able to return to short term missionary work as God has provided others to help carry the load.

Pastor Bill was lead by God to start ChristianCyberMinistries™ in 1999 to bring the word of God to cyber space. The idea being that a computer savvy generation needs God too!
